Today, i'm gonna share with my friends what products i'm using for my face & hair?? Cos i've friends who always ask me how do i maintain my hair & face, so i've decided to come up with this post.
First, let me share what i'm using for my face but do take note as everyone have different types of skin so what i'm using might not suit you. I'm lucky that so far, whatever shit i apply on my face, i did not have break out only once in my sec sch days, when i apply St Ives Mask, my face is sensitive and itchy and the next day, my face peeled. I will have pimples (abt 1-3) too whenever my period came but it will dissappear once my period ended. Just to share, my skin is Combination Oily T zone.
I'm into whitening cos i get in touch w the sun frequently so here goes my whitening Cleanser :
My Whitening Toner:
If i'm having my period/ i feel my face oilier on tt day, i will use Kiehl's Rare Earth Pore Refining Toner, it helps to ctrl oil....(i'm so lucky to have won the below kiehl's set)
At night, i use my sk2 Facial Treatment Essence after i cleanse my face cos normally at night, i'm not used to applying any night cream...
The Hydrating serum (my mum bought fr her facial salon):
The Whitening moisturiser w Spf20 :
I exfoliate my face once/twice a week. For those who do not know why we need to exfoliate. Our skin cells die & new cells keep getting regenerated. These dead cells come to rest on the top layer of our skin, making our skin look dull. This is why regular exfoliation becomes a Must in order to maintain our face looking radiant. I'm using Clarin's scrub:
And i top up with a make up base which acts as a sunblock:
I seldom put on powder when work only this make up base:
But sometimes if i got go out/ have the mood to dress nicer, i will top up w my loose powder :
My problem area are my dark circles & i cant use too cakey concealer too as i'm always working till late, i dun wish to c fine lines appearing, so i use this Loreal Liquid Concealer , concealer is a MUST for me:
& then topped it up with my eye powder so that it will stay matte:
Den i'll need to draw my eyeliner, it's a MUST for me, w/o eyeliner, i feel my eyes looks tired. Eyeliner can makes one eyes brighten up & looks more energized ! This is my 3rd stick of liquid eyeliner, i like it cos it wun fade easily & when wash w normal cleanser, it can be removed off easily.

To maintain a gd complexion, i'll do mask twice a week, the leave on sheet mask, i'm using this Taiwan brand, as for apply on mask, i'm using Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Mask ( suitable for Normal - oily skin ), it helps to minimize pores and deep clean the pores as it contains Amazonian White Clay.
Amazonian White Clay helps in skin cleansing and regeneration, it helps to remove bacteria & toxins.
Another ingredients will be Oatmeal & Aloe vera, Oatmeal helps to absorb oil & aloe vera is known for healing & soothing. Thumbs up for this Kiehl's Mask! I love to use it whenever i feel the hormones changes in me & my face get oily if my period is approaching ....
Now come to talk about hair, as i've coloured hair, i use this:

Another Hair treatment that i wanted to recommend is this, it can be bought fr pink beauty, those shampoo shops located at amk or tpy or kovan. It's v hydrating to the hair & not tt rich, hair feels so soft after usage & most importantly, it's so value for $. Less den $30 for such a big tub.
Friends always asked me did i use hair straightener, blow straight my hair using hair dryer or did i just did rebonding?
No i do not even have a hair straightener at home, i'm super duper lazy to do all this...
As for rebonding, i did back many yrs ago, i think 3-4 yrs ago. Both pics below i totally did nothing to my hair.
I don't like to blow dry my hair using hair dryer as i always thought that the dryer will damage my hair until last year when i read Da S's book & she's one who really took great care of her hair. She mentioned in the book that no matter wat, must blow dry the hair, even if we do not wish to blow dry the whole hair, is a MUST to blow dry our scalp dry if not scalp will tends to get even oily. So i went to buy a hair dryer last yr & i started blow drying but only to my scalp & slight blow to my hair ends to semi dry...I did not use comb to blow dry my hair straight cos i do not know how to & my hands will ended up very 酸 with 1 hand holding onto the heavy dryer & e other hand trying to use the comb to make the hair straight.
