My thoughts & Sister's gathering

1 more Day to starting my new job. Not looking forward or feeling excited at all...Duno Y....And i've started my Part time property job & am loving it, feel lucky to get the chance to learn things fr the 3 musketeers & seeing how motivated and $ minded they are striving hard for their future,  they really make me realise 1 thing "Time is Money!" I'm still not prepared to becoming a Property Agent, i think there are still lots of things for me to learn.

Now, i can feel the stress of my future house, seriously i kind of regret getting this house instead of a HDB after my bf told me about all the consequences if we really 1 day 1 of us lose our job/pay cut. Cos for the future hse, both of us must be working hard in order to maintain the monthly installments, haven add all the other expenses. He said that i'm always v rush in getting sth & not think of the future which i agreed. Now we are tied down by the house for at least 5 yrs cos we cant sell or rent out within first 5 yrs after getting our key as it's a EC which have govt rules unlike Pte Condos. We cant travel overseas & buy things as we like & spend $ like nobody business. Whereas if we stay in a hdb, we can be v relax & not be tied down by all this. But now said what also no use, cos already buy already & is not like clothes, dun like den dun wear or sell as 2nd hand. We can only work hard & pray hard that everything will goes well for both of us in this few yrs when the hse is ready.

Enough of all the unhappy stuffs!!

Finali, we have a sister gathering on Fri @ Pauline's Home & it was BBQ this time round. The BBQ was indeed v.gd, no smoke & thus wun pollute the whole living room with the food smell. Thanx to the great Host pauline & simon who always prepare food ready for us!! There are Hot dogs, cheese sausages, Prawns, Salmon, Pork belly, Shabu Shabu, Chicken Wing. Us taking fotos b4 we get our faces & hair all oily & unglam: (I've got swollen Left eyes with Ba Zhiam that day if u notice, feeling heaty this few days & having sore throat on & off ) & since the last time i'm down with swollen eyes, now everytime when i'm getting heaty, the ba zhiam on my eye will cum back...Sickening!!
